Continue a city you left
Choosing New flight on the title no longer loses the run you were on: that city keeps its coins and parts, and its Atlas page and the globe offer Continue.
What's new in Paper Skyline 1.7.0 to 1.7.4, every update, newest first. The latest version is on Google Play.
Choosing New flight on the title no longer loses the run you were on: that city keeps its coins and parts, and its Atlas page and the globe offer Continue.
The Ink slot gains No ink, owned from the start, for a plane without ink lines. The default paper now reads Plain paper (default).
The end of the tour now counts ten wishes and ten cities.
A long event title on the title screen shrinks to fit before it is shortened, so Japanese titles read in full.
Trail pieces are smaller now. They tumble, drift and flutter behind your plane, then fade.
Coins can now be worth $8, $10, $15 or $20, and Lucky coins pay $15 or $20.
Japanese, Korean and Chinese text fits better: the title's Atlas row, Atlas cards and keeper names in the arena.
The founder gift's banner now reads in every language the game speaks.
Missions in Gifts start counting when you tap Accept, and a finished one pays its box when you tap Take. A finished mission stays ready to take after the daily or weekly reset.
Open the Garage from the title screen. It holds your two relics and every look for your plane: style, paper, color, ink, fold and trail.
The page between flights is now called the Workshop. Upgrades stay there, and a button takes you to the Garage.
The game's text is rewritten in a plainer voice, in every language. You get past each city's keepers now.
Every language in the menu shows its flag.
Cars, bikes and carts now come and go beyond the edges of the screen, even when you fly high.
Coins are worth $8 or $10 in every city, and Lucky coins are $10.
Each strike that lands on an Elite or Boss shows at once: its strike count drops and the keeper reacts.
Fewer cars, bikes and carts share the road, so every street feels relaxed and still full of life.
Your plane now banks visibly as you steer, rolling into each climb and dive.
Trail cosmetics now draw behind your plane while you fly.
Gifts and Events shimmer with a rainbow edge when there is something new to open.
Exit now sits in the menu just below Atlas.
Relics are now treasures, each one found in its own city.
Cars, bikes, carts and tuk-tuks roll along the streets, each city with its own.
Your plane now rolls into its turns as you climb and dive.
Softer, musical sound effects that play in tune with each city's music.
Open Gifts from the title screen: your boxes wait there with today's missions. Tap a box three times to open it.
The daily stamp card now lives in Events: a gift box a day, and a Rare box on days 4 and 7.
The red Paper Dragon is bigger and flaps its wings. It is a limited gift, while it lasts.
After this update, each city downloads once more the first time you visit it. Wi-Fi is best.
